What’s Included in the Partnership?
- A well-appointed mobile medical unit, registered by Tennessee Action Council (TAC), ready for installation of your ultrasound equipment.
- A collaborative leasing process designed to ensure your center is equipped and ready.
What are the PRC responsibilities?
- Pay refundable $5,000 deposit and $1,000 annual lease fee.
- Wrap unit
- Provide ultrasound equipment
- Affiliate with ICU Mobile for training, operational consultation and support
- Insure the mobile clinic
- Staff, operate and maintain the unit
How It Works
- Let’s Talk – We begin with a conversation to walk through your goals and questions.
- Apply – Submit your official application, including your business plan, budget, and operational plans.
- Approval & Procurement – Once approved, TAC locates and prepares a mobile unit for your center.
- Prepare to Launch – You secure insurance, wrap the unit, affiliate with ICU Mobile or alternate organization for training, finalize your staffing, and implement your operational plan.
- Deploy & Report – Put the unit to work in your community. Promote, staff, operate and maintain the unit. Submit monthly stats and quarterly maintenance updates as you continue your partnership with Project Life 4 TN.
