IMPACT A LIFE EVENT

When children are placed in foster care in Tennessee, their personal belongings are  placed in plastic garbage bags. Helping Hands provides attractive, heavy-duty duffle bags to DCS so that the child's personal effects can be gathered and handled respectfully, demonstrating that the child is valuable.
